Schedule for Winter Baseball Workouts
Nov. 26- Dec 20th
Morning workouts: 6:30-7-30 am in the auxiliary gym Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Afternoon Weights: 3:30-5:00 pm in the weight room Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
Jan 7-Feb 15th
Morning Workouts: 6:30-7:30 am in the auxiliary gym Monday & Wednesday for Junior/Seniors. Tuesday & Thursday for Freshman/sophomores.
